THE ESSENCE OF THINGS
When designing the unique PRIME solution, we went to the heart of sectional door construction. The idea was to achieve the best possible insulation parameters, obtain an outstanding aesthetic effect inside the garage and ensure exceptional safety of the door use. This is how the world's unique INNOVO panel was created. Its closed construction, 5-layer bending of the metal sheet in the place of attaching the hinges, ensure a strong construction, and the filling with 60 mm thick warm foam and special sealing and shielding systems translate into excellent thermal insulation parameters of the door. The panel structure thus designed has made it possible to build the perfect shell, making the PRIME door a technological and innovative breakthrough.

THE HEAT REVOLUTION
Thermal insulation sets PRIME apart, qualifying it as a recommended product for energy-efficient and even passive buildings. It responds to the need to maximise energy gains and reduce heat loss from the building as much as possible.
To achieve such door properties, it was necessary to obtain the lowest possible heat transfer coefficient.
PRIME takes full advantage of the thermal insulation properties of the INNOVO panel and the sealing systems used in it, eliminating heat loss in the most critical areas of the door blade

EFFECTIVE THERMAL INSULATION
U-value of INNOVO panel is 0,33 W/m2K which translates into thermal insulation of the entire garage door. New panel, double upper and lower sealing of the door and inter-panel shields allowed us to achieve excellent heat transfer coefficient.

OPTICAL PROTECTION SYSTEM - the system provides optimum protection in the event of an obstacle appearing between system components.
AMPEROMETERIC ABUSE DETECTION - in case of contact between the lower edge of the leaf and an obstacle, the overload protection stops the gate leaf and then pulls it back up.
ROW WITH QUIET BRAKES - ensures quiet and smooth operation, which is extremely important, especially in garages connected directly to the house and located close to bedrooms.
RTS RADIO ROAD - A perfect solution based on Somfy's innovative technology allows you to install and expand the drive system without interfering with the wall structure.
